Class System v1.0
Immerse yourself deeper into Hogwarts with 28 unique classes, from Potions to Defense Against the Dark Arts. Attend lessons from 8:30 to 11:30, complete homework in the library, and face the consequences of detention if you miss too many classes.
Class System brings out 28 new quests to the game for 5 classes:
– Defense Against the Dark Arts (4 episodes)
– Potion (4 episodes)
– Herbology (11 episodes)
– History of Magic (4 episodes)
– Charms (4 episodes)
Every class in Class System has been written by a writer and is therefore unique!
The content of the class is brought via a text novel system inside the classroom.
During classes, player can make choices that will impact the story of the episode or future ones.
Starting the new classes
The first class will start shortly after the main quest “Best Class” is finished by the player.
Classes are available from 8:30 to 11:30. The player can only do one class each day.
Homework system
After every class, the player unlocks a new homework to do in the library.
How much the player study to finish the homework will determine the house points reward for the player house.
Homeworks can be done at any point after you get them. They will become unavailable only after you finish the last quest of the mod.
Detention system
When the player misses a class, an internal counter is started.Missing 3 classes will result in the player having to go to detention before going back to class. Going to detention results in an automatic house point loss.
House points System
Decisions taken during the classes, homeworks and detention counts towards the player’s total house points.
Other houses make random choices at the same time as the player affecting their total house points.
Final quest
The moment to discover if you’ve put your house in the winning spot.
The last quest triggers after the player has finished the 27 classes and passed the main quest “In the Shadow of Revelation”.
How to install
You can either start from a new save or use an already finished save game.
Obviously, for immersion it’s much better to start with a new save.
I highly recommend to do a manual save of your character before installing. Keep an do not overwrite this save as it will be useful if you need to go back after a bad installation.
